Granny’s

October 28, 2009

As a semi-inspirational post for today (at least for myself) I figured I’d post some photos from our new home in Oakland. That’s right, buh-bye Berkeley and hello ‘Koreatown.’

It’s been about a month since the 9 of us moved into the vacant 3-story house, and I think it’s coming along nicely- we even had an official housewarming party this past weekend. We all call it Granny’s since it belonged to the landlady’s grandmother, and the house is well over a hundred years old. It would make a pretty perfect haunted house (if it isn’t already).

I’ll hopefully be documenting life at, and the transition of, our stay here in a new flickr set I’ve created. Currently the set is a little sparse and out of order, but hey there’s no rush right? Hopefully we’ll all be here a while.
